FAQ’S
How many pictures will I receive?
The minimum amount of photos you will receive with a specific package can be discussed over email or a consultation. I do not have a maximum amount of pictures as I believe that there should not be a limit to the amount of pictures taken. I would also not like to limit the pictures I want to share with my clients. (I can also just be indecisive when picking them out lol)
How Does Your Pricing Work?
I have organized my packages to be priced by the amount of time per session and per minimum pictures you will receive.
If you would like more time during a session, I charge $15 for each additional 30 minutes past the scheduled session time.
As for the prices listed with each package these are the ground prices, you will receive an email following the photoshoot with a total price including any additional charges.
I will require a 50% deposit for the session of choice at minimum 2 weeks prior to the shoot.
I accept cash or e-transfer, although e-transfer is encouraged!
Do You Provide Printing Services?
Yes I do provide printing services! I can offer the highest quality prints that are perfect for a gallery on your wall or in a beautiful photo album. If you are interested in ordering large prints, this can be discussed during a consultation where we go over the digital gallery and choose your absolute favourites!
Is There a Travel Fee?
I will do my best to accommodate clients locations, however, gas prices are high and can really add up. There will be a charge of $5 per 15 minutes to and from a requested location.
What About Cancellations?
I am 100% understanding when life gets too busy or you simply forget about something all together, but I require at minimum a weeks notice if you need to cancel your session in order to get a refund. Any cancellation under a week's notice will result in no refund, depending on the reasoning for cancelling.
If you are wanting to reschedule I am totally open to working with you to make another day work!
